Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty on the frame and accessories. During the warranty period, if the product fails or is damaged under normal use according to the instruction manual, our company will repair or replace it, free of charge. After warranty period, we will provide lifelong paid maintenance, mainly involving the replacement or repair of springs and metal accessories.
