Delivery Time

  • The Delivery Time will appear at checkout
  • Delivery time is generally 4-6 weeks
    • Except when the beds are in storage in our warehouse in Riyadh the delivery time is 3-5 days
    • The current delivery time will appear at checkout

Return Shipping Fee & Handling

  • Due to the size and handling requirements of our equipment, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees apply and are the responsibility of the customer:
  • 600SAR for returns within Riyadh
    • Within the rest of Saudi and the GCC, return shipping and any applicable customs or clearance fees will be quoted upon request.

Cancellations Before Shipping

  • If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a processing fee may be deducted from your refund. This covers payment gateway and administrative fees.
  • By confirming your order, you agree to these terms in the event of a pre-shipment cancellation.
