Eligibility for Returns

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in like-new condition.
• All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility.
• Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, a restocking or repair fee may apply, or the refund may be declined entirely
• Please note: Return eligibility may depend on your delivery option.

  • Curbside delivery: The product remains in its original packaging and may be eligible for return.

  • In-home installation: The product will be unboxed and assembled, which means it cannot be returned in original packaging and may not qualify for a full refund.
