Flow Olaya Launch
To celebrate the launch of Flow Olaya, we came together for a weekend of movement, connection, and community. Guests enjoyed Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions alongside nourishing food from Kcal, coffee and matcha from Walt, and relaxing beauty treatments from Orzy. The weekend marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter at Flow Olaya surrounded by an incredible community and an abundance of energy.
AGORA 2.0
In collaboration with AGORA, we came together for another morning of movement, connection, and community. The experience began with an energising HIIT & Strength session led by Luke, followed by a grounding Pilates and breathwork session by Flex&Flow. Set to uplifting beats from DJ Marlon, guests recharged with hydrating drinks and nourishing snacks from AGORA after the workout. A morning dedicated to strength, recovery, and bringing people together through movement.

Charity Pilates Event x Ferrari
We partnered with the incredible Ferrari team to host a memorable charity wellness event at Ferrari's brand-new showroom in Riyadh. Guests enjoyed an energising Mat Pilates session by Flex&Flow, accompanied by beats from DJ Marlon, delicious coffee and canapés by AGORA, exciting giveaways, and a vibrant community atmosphere. Every ticket sold contributed to a charitable cause, making it a morning that combined movement, connection, and giving back.
AGORA
In collaboration with AGORA we came together for a morning of movement, mingling, and mezze. The experience began with a bespoke mixed-level mat Pilates class led by Flex&Flow, set to uplifting beats from DJ Marlon, with mats by No Added Sugar. Guests were kept refreshed by AGORA before the gathering flowed into a beautiful brunch. A morning centered around movement, community, and shared experience.
That Well at The Kimpton
We came together at The Kimpton KAFD for a special ladies-only evening of movement, creativity, and connection. This marked our very first event in collaboration with That Well. The experience began with a poolside mat Pilates class hosted by Flex&Flow, followed by a gem charm-making workshop by That Well. Guests then enjoyed light refreshments by Kanza Lounge while connecting in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
nutrili in Jax District
A wellness evening with a signature mat Pilates session led by Flex&Flow, followed by a relaxed community gathering centered around conversation and connection. Guests enjoyed refreshing drinks from Camel Step alongside nourishing goodies from nutrili. Set in a warm and inviting space, the evening brought together movement, community, and small moments of indulgence — all with a shared focus on wellbeing and presence.
Almara Maison at The Kimpton KAFD
We came together at The Kimpton KAFD for a full morning of movement, restoration, and connection. The experience began with our signature Reformer Pilates classes, followed by Yin yoga, breathwork, and sound healing led by Asta from Almara Maison. Guests then enjoyed a beautiful brunch, relaxed by the pool, and explored the curated Dezert Mango swimwear pop-up — a morning centered around wellness, community, and mindful movement.
The Palm Drive at Flow Olaya
In collaboration with The Palm Drive, Flex&Flow hosted a special wellness gathering at Flow Olaya, where we led two mat Pilates classes in the venue’s beautiful new space. The morning continued with socializing and refueling by the rooftop pool, bringing the community together for movement, connection, and a shared wellness experience.
SaudiLife: Unpacked at Wadi Qortuba
Our second event in collaboration with Saudi Life: Unpacked was held in Wadi Qortuba, bringing together 60 women for a beautiful morning of movement and connection. The event featured three mat Pilates sessions, including our first-ever Mums & Bubs class, which was a huge success. Guests enjoyed curated goodie bags, followed by networking over coffee and matcha from Walt Coffee.
Jimam Spa at Jareed Hotel 3.0
We gathered for the third time at Jimam Spa, The Jareed Hotel — this time during Ramadan. The experience began with a gentle mat Pilates class just before sunset, followed by a beautiful Iftar shared together at Morini. An afternoon of mindful movement, connection, and nourishment, celebrating wellness and community in a truly serene setting.
Nutrili at The Yoga House
A wellness morning designed to reset and reconnect. The event featured two mat Pilates sessions led by Jose & Nat from Flex&Flow, followed by an inspiring talk on gut health and inner glow by food scientist and Nutrili founder, Nour. Guests enjoyed matcha and coffee by Walt Coffee, nourishing bowls from Salus, and exclusive goodies from Nutrili — all set within the beautiful surroundings of The Yoga House.
Jimam Spa at Jareed Hotel 2.0
We gathered once again for an energizing morning of movement, connection & nourishment at Jareed Hotel. The second edition carried the same warm energy, beginning with a sculpt class led by Nat, followed by a thoughtfully curated brunch and access to the spa facilities. Another moment celebrating movement, wellness, and community in a truly serene setting.
Flow Granada
Set in the beautiful courtyard of Flow Granada, we welcomed all fitness levels and reflected Flex&Flow’s core values of conscious movement, connection, and community. A dynamic wellness experience featuring a HIIT workout, a sculpt session, and meditation practice. For the event we partnered up with our incredible sponsors; @plenty.slds, @walt.coffee, @cazjmir.chai, @cleanseandglow, @lululemonme & @dezertmango.

Our first event with Kayanee and Iqra from @fashionbeansspilled. A morning of movement, connection & confidence blending mat pilates, nourishing smoothies & style consult. Designed to move your body, lift your spirit, and inspire confidence from the inside out.
AlUla Wellness Festival
Flex&Flow's first time being part of the AlUla Wellness Festival, and also the first to contribute Reformers to the Festival. Teaching two energizing & empowering classes on our beautiful Foldable Reformer Beds at magical Banyan Tree & Our Habitas Resorts.
Aligned Studio
Our third pop-up event at Aligned Studio, Riyadh. A launch weekend full of movement, connection, and good vibes. For the event we partnered up with @iyk.cafe @kayaneeofficial @noaddedsugar.me @colortheoryksa bringing wellness, art, and authenticity under one roof.
